Established in 1995, East Continent Group is a multi-business, multi-region group company integrating capital operation, international & domestic trading and resources exploration, financial guarantee and investment etc., with real estate development as its major business.

The group company, which is running the Parent-subsidiary Company System, has got staff of 500 with 5 centers in it's headquarter and 15 subsidiaries over the world.

Great achievements have been made since East Continent Group started with real estates 12 years ago. Currently, the group has got several projects under construction: Jianhe Shopping Center in Guangzhou, Yongjin Square in Nanjing, Binleyuan Store in Jiande etc. After the establishment of which, the total commercial assets of the group will be over 1.5 Billion RMB.

The group has its own distinctive features in the domestic and international trading, especially trading of chemical raw material, steel and special steel, cotton and mining. The group has got cotton base in Xinjiang, China and mining resources in Philippines. In recent years, the group has witnessed fast development in trading and resource exploration business.

In 2005, the group entered financial guarantee and investment market, which is a sunrise industry relying on millions of middle and small sized enterprises which have great demand on capital. Within less than 2 years, the group has provided credit guarantee services to 106 middle and small sized enterprises, with a total of 320 million RMB guaranteed amount. The group keeps improving its credit standing through the establishment of cooperation relationship with 2 banks in Hangzhou. The group is planning to handle strategic investment in banking institutions such as Urban Commercial Bank and Urban Credit Cooperatives and other non-banking financial institutions.
